The 5th annual Fashion Rocks concert will take place on September 5, 2008 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, and televised on CBS on September 9, 2008. The concert proceeds will benefit Stand Up to Cancer.

When actor Denis Leary (”Rescue Me”) isn’t helping firefighters or playing one on TV, he is delving into other projects - and this time it’s hosting the fifth anniversary of “Fashion Rocks.”

The entertainment special, which is presented by Condé Nast Media Group, will celebrate the best in fashion and music and will air on Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 9-11 p.m. ET/PT on the CBS Television Network.

This year, the stellar lineup will include Beyoncé, Black Eyed Peas, Chris Brown, Kid Rock, Duffy, Fergie, Justin Timberlake, L’il Wayne, Keith Urban, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Chris Cornell, One Republic, Pussycat Dolls, Solange Knowles and Timbaland with special guest Lynyrd Skynyrd.
