Keep A Child Alive: The Black Ball 2008, in support of the Keep A Child Alive HIV/AIDS charity, was held at St John’s, Smith Square on July 10, 2008 in London, England.  Keep a Child Alive (KCA) was founded in 2002 by leading AIDS activist/educator/fundraiser, Leigh Blake, who also co-founded The Red Hot Organization and Artists Against AIDS Worldwide. Alicia Keys is KCA’s first global ambassador.
