Will Smith made an appearance on “Late Show with David Letterman” on June 23, 2008, discussed his upcoming movie, Hancock, which opens in theaters on July 2, 2008, and showed a clip from the movie. He also joked about the coincidence of his movie opening the very same day as “Kit Kittredge: An American Girl,” in which his daughter, Willow Smith, is a co-star.
