Third place American Idol 7 finalist Syesha Mercado performed “If I Ain’t Got You” on Live with Regis & Kelly on May 29, 2008.
Syesha Mercado was the last contestant to be eliminated before the “battle of the Davids” began, with finalists David Archuleta and David Cook; the latter ultimately becoming the winner. Syesha Mercado will participate in the American Idols LIVE! Tour 2008 which kicks off July 1, 2008.
