R&B and soul legend Al Green made an appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on May 21, 2008 and performed “Standing In The Rain” and “Lay It Down” as part of the “Mercedes-Benz Summer Concert Series.” Al Green’s latest album, “Lay It Down” will be released on May 27. The upcoming album features John Legend, Corrine Baily Rae, Anthony Hamilton and The Roots’ Ahmir Thompson ?uestlove .
