Hip hop artist Lil Mama performed “L.I.F.E.” on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on May 7. “L.I.F.E.” is a single from her debut album, “VYP: Voice of the Young People” which was released just a few days ago, on April 29. The album displays a range beyond the “Lip Gloss” hit of last year that first brought Lil Mama (real name Niatia Jessica Kirkland) to prominence, as witnessed by the subdued and heartfelt “L.I.F.E.” Dr. Luke, Cool & Dre, Swizz Beatz and Scott Storch produced the album.
