UK hip hop star Estelle performed “American Boy” live on “The Late Show with David Letterman” on April 24, 2008. In introducing her, Letterman pointed out that this was Estelle’s network debut, and quite a debut it was as her unique style begins to get noticed in America.
“American Boy” is a single from Estelle’s album “Shine” which features Kanye West. It reached No. 1 UK singles chart last month.
